This is the call sheet I have produced and given to both my actors so that we all have a clear idea of when we all need to meet and where. The call sheet is an important document that will give the actors all the information they need about their costumes and props and also their locations. I have listed the dates that we will be meeting as well as the shots we will be filming. I have also included the times so that we will all be there on time.
I also have set aside back up dates which both actors know about, in case a problem occurs such as someone taken ill or due to weather circumstances. I have also imformed and agreed on back up dates with the actors. The back up dates are; Sunday 30th October, Wednesday 2nd November and Thursday 3rd November. The actors also have these dates on their copy of the call sheet with these dates included.
